Aluminum is the default for a reason. It does not rust, it does not swell in the wet, and it stays flat on a wall through a full temperature swing. A .040 panel is right for anything under three feet; step up to .063 when the sign is large enough to catch wind or low enough to get knocked.

We print direct to the metal with UV-cured ink rather than laminating a vinyl skin onto it. There is no layer to lift at the corners, no edge for a fingernail to find, and no milky bloom two summers in. The white base coat goes down first so colors sit on white metal instead of grey.

Corners come rounded as standard because a square corner on a mounted sign is a snag hazard and the first thing to bend. Tell us how you are hanging it and the holes are drilled to match — two at the top, four at the corners, keyhole slots, or none at all if it is going into a frame.
