A sign has an unusual job. Nobody chooses to look at it, nobody gives it more than a second, and it has to work at that speed in rain, in a headlight beam, or across a car park. Everything about how we build them comes back to that one constraint.
So we specify by where the sign is going rather than by what is cheapest to make. Aluminum outdoors because it will not rust. Composite panel when the span is wide enough to ripple. Reflective sheeting when the light arrives from a vehicle. Steel when the sign should be an object rather than a print. Each of those is right somewhere and wrong everywhere else.
Drilling, corner radius, standoffs, keyhole slots and cleats are included rather than extra. A sign that arrives needing a trip to a hardware store is not finished, whatever the invoice says.
Why we exist
Most sign suppliers run one process and push every job through it. Ask for a large facade panel and you get single-skin aluminum that ripples by the second summer; ask for an outdoor plaque and you get a printed sheet pretending to have a brushed grain.
We would rather talk you into the cheaper material and out of the wrong one. That has cost us orders and won us the reorders, which turns out to be the better trade.
What we actually make
Six ranges: printed aluminum panels in two gauges, 3mm composite storefront faces router-cut to any outline, brushed anodized plaques engraved or sublimated, reflective safety signage in two sheeting grades, laser-cut mild and stainless steel, and rolled-edge tin printed to look aged.
Send whatever artwork you have — a photograph of the sign you are replacing is enough. Our design team rebuilds it as clean vector art for free and shows it at actual size against your wall dimensions, so you approve the thing rather than a description of it.
