Aluminum composite — Dibond, if you have heard the trade name — is two thin aluminum skins bonded to a polyethylene core. The result is a panel that behaves like sheet metal but stays flat at sizes where a single skin would ripple, which is exactly what a shopfront needs when it is lit from the side.

We print direct to the face and cut the outline on a flatbed router, so a sign does not have to be a rectangle. Logos, arches, ovals and full silhouette cuts all come off the same table, and the exposed core edge is trimmed clean rather than left ragged.

For fascias we drill and countersink to your fixing centres, or supply the panel blank if your installer prefers to mark it on site. Standoff barrels, cleat rails and Z-clips are all available if the panel is going onto masonry or glass.
