What is the minimum order?

Which material should I choose?
Aluminum for almost anything outdoors, Dibond composite when a large panel has to stay dead flat, brushed aluminum for plaques read close up, steel when the sign should be cut rather than printed, and tin for the vintage look.
Can you cut a sign to a custom shape?
Yes. Panels are router-cut and steel is laser-cut, both to any outline including internal cut-outs. There is no die charge and no extra minimum for a shaped sign.
Will you drill the mounting holes?
Yes, free. Tell us how the sign is going up — corner holes, top holes, keyhole slots, standoff barrels or nothing at all — and it arrives ready to install.
How long will a sign last outdoors?
Direct UV print on aluminum runs 7 to 10 years in full color before any noticeable fade, reflective sheeting is rated 10 years, and powder-coated steel outlasts both. Tin is an indoor and covered-outdoor product.
Do you redraw logos?
Yes. Send whatever file you have — a photo of an old sign is enough — and our design team rebuilds it as clean vector art for free, then shows it on the sign at actual size.
Can every sign in the batch be different?
Yes. Room numbers, unit plates, serialised equipment tags and donor names all run as variable data from a spreadsheet with no per-piece setup charge.
